• Through the complaints book: the data required by consumer protection regulations to file a claim or complaint.

We use your data to answer your inquiries, prepare proposals and quotes, handle claims or complaints, and improve how this site works. We don't use your data for purposes other than these without your consent.

Legal basis

The processing of your data is based on the consent you give when submitting a form on this site, by checking the corresponding consent box.

Data retention

We keep your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose it was collected for, or until you request its deletion.

Sharing with third parties

We don't sell your personal data. The data you submit through the contact form is processed through n8n, our automation platform, and stored in Google Sheets so our team can follow up on it. These providers act as data processors and only access your data for that purpose.

Minors

Our services are aimed at people of legal age acting on their own behalf or on behalf of a business. We don't knowingly collect personal data from minors through the contact form. If you're a parent or guardian and are aware that a minor provided us with personal data without your authorization, write to us at ensambliastudio@gmail.com so we can delete it. The only exception is the complaints book, which does allow registering a consumer who is a minor along with their parent, guardian, or legal representative's data, in accordance with consumer protection regulations.

International data transfer

Some of the providers we use (such as Google Sheets, by Google LLC) may store or process data on servers located outside Peru. By sending us your data, you accept this international transfer, carried out solely for the purpose described in this policy and with providers that apply recognized security standards.

Your rights
